ABOUT US


I have over twenty years of experience in the Fortune 100 corporate environment as the Director of Human Resources and Benefits.

I worked closely with high level executives and department managers in all of the corporate disciplines that included detailed interface with legal functions, corporate reorganizations, labor relations, employee benefits, compensation, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and more. I have provided advice and counsel to many of these individuals on a wide and personal variety of issues. I've had the opportunity to repeatedly observe the manner of conduct and characteristics exhibited by executives at various levels and interacting throughout the corporate disciplines. I have, on numerous occasions, participated in group meetings with insurance companies, actuarial firms, software vendors and union negotiations, during which I 've observed and noted the characteristics exhibited by literally hundreds of people at diverse levels of their reporting structures.

I know the corporate environment very well. I understand the stress, pressures, politics and pitfalls. I confront tough issues and persist with resolution. I 've spent a great deal of my adult life with a consuming interest and study in the actions and interactions of people in various levels of responsibility particularly in positions of authority.  Friends and business acquaintances have recognized me as having an innate skill at observing and analyzing how people conduct themselves and its effect on others. As a result my personal studies focused on what motivates people to act out as they do (aware or unaware) and the consequences of such actions. My business life was partly an exercise in following out these observations to better understand people’s actions. I was eventually drawn to study about Coaching and found yet another wealth of information for helping individuals to recognize and address areas they want to have improved. As a result, I studied for my Certification as Business Coach, followed that up with a Certified Masters and set out to work with executives on the more serious issues of defining characteristics that can de-rail an executive or managers career.
